Free hand data - wanted squares and wanted DXCCs

Use this method if all you have is a list of the squares you want, and a list of the DXCCs you want.

This method can also be used if all you have is lists in a special text format. Just copy the list into the appropriate message box Most Wanted VUSHF DX will take care of the rest for you.

Click here to submit wanted squares and wanted DXCCs.

Free hand data - worked squares and wanted DXCCs

Use this method if all you have is a list of the squares you have worked, and a list of the DXCCs you want. These list could come from a log book program or spreadsheet etc.

When you use this method you must also tell what kind of station you have so that Most Wanted VUSHF DX can calculate your wanted squares.

Click here to submit worked squares and wanted DXCCs.

Which squares and DXCCs

You may include all or a few of the squares and DXCCs you would like to work and even the unconfirmed ones if you wish.

Since each station is different you are required to examine your own station's limitations and operating preferences. On some bands MS is possible on other bands it is rain scatter etc. Please take the below recommended maximum terrestrial distances into consideration. Think of what you can work almost every day and not what is possible ones every second year. If you are QRV on EME you may include all relevant DXCC globally.

Band Land [km] Sea [km] Comment
50 MHz 2200 500
70 MHz 2000 500 Most stations use moderate antennas and power levels are often below 100 W
144 MHz 2200 800
432 MHz 800 800
1,3 GHz 700 700 Normal tropo scatter range is approximately 700 km
2,3 GHz 600 600
3,4 GHz 400 400
5,7 GHz 600 300 Rain scatter range during summer is approximately 600 km
10 GHz 700 300 Rain scatter range during summer is approximately 700 km
